Rhythmic Ride
This 50 min class will have you pumped up along with our carefully curated list of upbeat, invigorating music! Rhythmic Ride combines upper body, core, and lower body exercises. Be prepared to rev up your cardio and expect to burn 400 calories upwards! Feel the beat and get ready to party. Suitable for beginners & regular riders -
Foundation Rhythm
This class is catered for first-timers, beginners, and also regular riders who are looking to improve their technique. Our Foundation Rides are designed to focus on the basics of rhythm cycling, such as riding form, catching the beat, and simple moves. More challenging options will be given to advanced riders, so come prepared to work out a sweat! -
Advanced Rhythm
If you’ve mastered the basics and are ready for more, our Advanced Rides are for you. Catered for riders who are looking to take their workouts to the next level, this 50-minute ride will get your sweat flowing and blood pumping. Expect faster jogs and sprints, heavier climbs, more left leg tracks, and choreography routines. -
Themed Ride
Themed Rides are music/songs curated from a particular artist or genre (think Illenium, Imagine Dragons, Mandopop and Kpop!) This is the ultimate closest thing to sweat and party like you are in your favourite artist’s concert! -
Tandem Ride
